Durham City Interiors Trading Terms
Welcome to Durham City Interiors ("We", "Us" or "Durham City Interiors"). Please note that you, ("You" and "Your") as a purchaser of products made available through Durham City Interiors ("Products") and your use of products provided by Durham City Interiors is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms").
Purchase Of Products
You must be 18 years of age to purchase Products from Durham City Interiors. Please read these Terms carefully prior to indicating your acceptance. When you have understood the Terms, please complete your acceptance and order the Products. Durham City Interiors reserves the right to substitute like for like quality products, or upgrade your selected product to a similar or equivalent standard or finish in the same style or colour should the advertised item not be available from stock. Any such amendment of product(s) will be made known to you, and agreed by and/or cancelled by you prior to despatch. We endeavour to correspond and act upon your instruction wherever practical. Product suppliers may occasionally change their livery style to that advertised without affecting the quality of goods, we therefore reserve the right to supply existing stock livery.
Telephone Orders
Whilst telephone orders are accepted, we require customers to confirm the details of the order in writing by email to info@durhamcityinteriors.co.uk at the time of ordering. The email must clearly state the details of the order and the colour number, name and code.
Order Amendments
We will do our best to accommodate any order change requests, however we are not obliged to change any order. Any changes you wish to make to your order must be requested in writing by email to info@durhamcityinteriors.co.uk.
Delivery
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday - please read our Delivery Information page for all other charges. Delivery to UK mainland usually takes 2 to 3 working days. We will endeavor to deliver your order on your chosen delivery day. In the event of delay or damage occurring during the transit of your goods, we have the right to rectify the problem and make delivery within 30 days. If any products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Delivery will normally be by courier. All products must be paid for prior to delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Durham City Interiors by you with full particulars of delivery. Waranties
You may have additional rights under warranties supplied by the manufacturer of the products you order. Please contact us or the manufacturer if you require further information. If Durham City Interiors discovers that a price was mis-stated or that a product is out of stock, Durham City Interiors will either notify you by e-mail or telephone to give you the option of amending or voiding the sale.
Health & Safety
Durham City Interiors makes available in good faith information about its products and with regard to the conditions necessary to ensure that products supplied will be safe and without risk to health when used properly. Any information and advice given should not of itself be considered an adequate risk assessment as may be required under Health and Safety legislation. If You are not already in possession of information concerning the safe use of the products or you become aware of any risk to health and safety, you should contact us, or seek guidance from the manufacturer.

Sale Of Goods
All products are believed by Durham City Interiors to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. All orders should be checked at the time of delivery and any shortages or inaccuracies notified to us and acknowledged by us by email within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to do this will invalidate any future claim. Any defect should be reported to Durham City Interiors immediately it is discovered and we will then investigate the defect with the paint manufacturer. All technical information in response to any enquiry is given by Durham City Interiors in good faith. It will ultimately be for you to establish the suitability of the product having regard to your own particular situation and site conditions. Durham City Interiors accept no liability for the products supplied, loss of profits, consequential, financial and any other losses. Durham City Interiors accept no claim for labour costs whereby a product is either faulty, not checked prior to use, used or applied incorrectly.
General
Your purchase of products from Durham City Interiors will be a contract made in England and under English Law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage and accordingly some limitations here stated may not apply to you. Your rights are unaffected. Durham City Interiors can revise these Terms without notice by posting new Terms on the Durham City Interiors site or by notifying you by e-mail. Further purchase of products after such posting or notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Content - Durham City Interiors provides this site on an "as viewed basis" and therefore makes no guarantees or warranties to this site or its contents. Product images may not directly represent the item stocked or despatched when ordered as suppliers and availablilty can change without notice.
